Proud Poppy Productions is an independent performing arts company focused on high level workshops, original works, and bold Australian theatre. Our work centres on developing artists through rigorous training while creating performances that celebrate storytelling through movement, music, and emotion.

Founded by Ashley Grottoli, an internationally recognised choreographer, published author, and academic in dance and performing arts, Proud Poppy Productions brings together professional experience, creative leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Alongside our workshop programs, we create and present original performance works and productions. From intimate showcases to large scale productions such as Home Alone The Australian Musical, our projects span genres and formats while maintaining a strong focus on storytelling and audience connection.

We collaborate with a trusted network of industry professionals including choreographers, composers, designers, and creative advisors to ensure all work is artist led, inclusive, and professionally executed.
